I’m a retired collegiate volleyball player turned plant-based chef, currently in NYC. I attended the Institute of Culinary Education and completed my externship at the world’s only 3-Michelin star vegan restaurant, Eleven Madison Park. My goal is to make fine dining, innovative food accessible to everyone. My recipes are elevated, yet approachable.
